  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Online payments: Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds may be processed via bank transfer and can take 7–14 business days after approval.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by V2Mart.
  • For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
